Making Life a Little Easier

Our company is all about being online and empowering people to take control of their legal document needs. Phil mentioned the "array of great tools" to make his job easier. 

When you use Everyday Legal, we look to make it quick and easy to find the templates you are after. We have hundreds of them and trawling through each one individually can be time consuming (to say the least!). We have organised things to make finding that essential template as easy as possible. One such way is via our "collections" where we have gathered templates in to common groups. For example, you might be a new business that needs to lay their hands on a suite of Human Resource policies quickly. Well, we have collection for that! 

What's more, if you like the look of a collection, you can immediately add it to your account as a "digital vault" (you will need to register to do this, but there is no cost to register or add the collection to your account).  

So what is a "Digital Vault"?

These are a simple way to help organise your documents - An online filing cabinet! When you create an account (you always have at least one of these), it can contain as many digital vaults as you like. Each with their own title. 

You can access your accounts at anytime (and the vaults in them) by selecting the "Vault" icon (left) from the top menu or drop down menu (top right). 

Your "digital vaults" can contain documents at different stages of completeness. When you visit a vault, each document within it is listed along with it's current progress (to completion). Alongside these documents you'll see various icons (depending upon completeness) that perform actions on the document (like Edit, Print, Download and Delete).  Remember, it's completely free to create a new document. We won't look for any payment until you decide to pay for it. Once you do, you are free to download and print as many times as you need.
