Declaration of Trust of Property to a Beneficiary

Notice to Recover Possession of a Tenancy (Fault Claim S8)

There are two main types of possession proceedings provided for in the Housing Act 1988: section 8 and section 21. Section 8 proceedings require that the tenant be given a reason, or legal ground, as to why the landlord wants the property back in the notice.
