So how can I use your Bespoke service?

Occasionally, customers may well wish to take advantage of our bespoke service. Maybe our templates don't quite fit their unique requirements, or they wish to really personalise their documents, or maybe the service requested is by its very nature going to be tailor made. 

Contact comes to us via a host of different avenues. The best way initially is via our website contact facility. Of course, we have also been contacted via eMail, Facebook, Linkedin and our Customer's own professional advisers.

The initial contact we receive provides a good idea of what our customer needs. We respond to the contact very quickly advising of any further information we require in order to fulfil the desired service. We start work as soon as possible and provide a date to the customer when we expect to be able to complete the matter.

Once we are in receipt of the full information of what is required, we can provide a cost figure. We do our best to live by ideals and (as per our approach to self service templates) look to offer great value for money. The basis of our fee calculation takes in to account the complexity of the subject, the time it will take to create the legal document along with an appreciation of how often we expect to amend review and amend the drafts with you. Rest assured, we will stick to this figure unless the customer provides us with a material change of instruction. 

We liaise with our customer throughout the process in whichever way is best for the customer. This culminates in a speedy and highly satisfactory conclusion of the service requested.
